NEW YEARS EVE MANICURE

Check out this pretty glittery blue Manicure! I love the stars!
I used THREE coats of  China Glaze Dorothy Who? and the stars are China Glaze Devotion from the Romantique  collection. This collection is PERFECT for stamping.

The design is a Bundle Monster plate. Plate 21. 

What do you guys think?  This is just one of the looks I've got in mind for New Years Eve so there will be more very soon!

    Thank You Charli! I have always loved polish but 2010 was my break out year with experimenting with designs and diffent colors. and now I am addicted.
