Shades of Fame

Hey Friends! Just want to share a look at one of my new favorites, and my first ever Smashbox Palette.

Included in the gorgeous set are 9 eye shadows, a mini primer, 2 creme liners and dual ended brush.

These shadows are so smooth with fabulous color payoff,  I can definitely see myself getting more Smashbox eyeshadows in the future.

Usually palette set brushes aren't that good but I actually like this one. This brush was the perfect addition to my mini brush travel set. The Shades of Fame palette is still available at the smashbox website Smashbox.com. I recommend this for you makeup lovers out there.

M.A.C Ombre Blushes

Hey Ladies!  The one thing in my makeup collection that I don't have so much are blushes. I have maybe 3 blushes and that just won't do., I need to expand and open my mind to more colors textures and finishes. I knew when I saw these beauties I had to pic them up! 

M.A.C Ombre Blushes in Vintage Grape and Azalea Blossom

These are gorgeous...I just love looking at them. I almost don't want to use them because they are so gorgeous...that gradient is absolutely to die for!

Azalea Blossom is a gorgeous shimmery Ombre that goes from a light baby pink to a gorgeous lilac.

Vintage Grape goes from a bright Magenta to a deeper plum. Beautiful! The blushes are super smooth and have great coverage.Have you guys tried these? What are your thoughts? MY Glam Bag Goodies!

Hello friends! I am excited to say that I recently got my very first MyGlam bag and I LOVE it! This is the same concept as birchbox where you pay 10 dollars a month and you get luxury samples of beauty products..HOWEVER there was only one sample in this bag, everything else was FULL sized! I was so  excited.

 A few months ago I canceled my Birchbox subscription because I wasn't really too thrilled about the products that came in them anymore so when I found out about the MyGlam bags  and how awesome they were I jumped on it! It seems like they put more makeup products in them and I am happy with that. Check out what I think of my first bag! 

Each month all of your goodies come in a cute little bag. This is the January bag which is just the second bag from MyGlam.

Wen Sweet Almond Mint Cleansing Conditioner (this one was the only sample everything else was full size...well as far as I know ) I have seen this product in infomercials and have always been curious about it.  I was skeptical because I didn't think it was going to work on my hair type but it DOES! It makes my hair super soft and shiny and the mint is amazing! I will definitely be buying a full size of this baby!

Sheer Cover Duo Concealer in light/medium not really my color, but hey I have light friends that I can share with. 

theBalm Cosmetics Hot Ticket Nail Polish in Nothing Rhymes with Purple

This months subscription also game with a full size Freeman Cucumber Facial Peel-Off Masque (yeah its spelled Masque haha how fancy!) I can't wait to try this out! It smells super good and I am a sucker for a peel off mask.

Nothing Rhymes with Purple is a super pretty deep merlot . I love this polish! I can't wait to put it on my toes. I have never tried this brand before but the formula is great and the color is very nice. I might have to check out more from theBalm.

Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette

Well, you've seen it all over the internet and you might have one yourself but I finally got my hands on this baby and I couldn't be happier! The original Naked palette quickly became my go to palette and this one might even be better! If possible.

What UrbanDecay.com says : "The most anticipated sequel of the decade! Our new palette is meticulously packed with 12 Taupe + Greige Neutrals, featuring FIVE EXCLUSIVE NEW SHADES."

What I say: In MY opinion this palette is definitely worth all of the hype. The Brush alone has so much value!(my first Naked Palette didn't come with the brush it came with the dual Eyeliner pencil so I can't get over the brush hahaha!) The packaging is much more sturdy than the original, the shadows are housed in a beautiful tin case and are just a gorgeous and pigmented as Urban Decay shadows have always been.

Such beautiful tones in this palette including my favorite UD shadow 'YDK'.  DROOL! I love it...It warms my heart to have this in my collection now.  I am Really loving Foxy, Busted, Verve, Suspect, and Snakebite. I got my Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette from Sephora.com but they sell out so fast, I was lucky to get mine.

Shadow/Crease

The double ended brush that comes along with the palette is AMAZING! One of Urban Decays Good Karma brushes and is ONLY available in this palette! This Palette also comes with a mini Lip Junkie Gloss in Naked.

This stuff is FABULOUS! Deep BLACK black that stays put! My New Favorite.

Goes on light not greasy or sticky, not bad for a free sample!

Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in Sabbath

I have been eyeing this navy blue beauty for a while and it is gorgeous! I love to add this with a neutral eye a darker crease and vanilla lid. A fun Navy wing adds some pop.

Urban Decay Book of Shadows IV

Hey Loves! I originally hadn't planned on picking up the most recent Book of Shadows from Urban Decay but I saw it in the store and I was intruiged. A few of the new colors really caught my eye and I wanted to get the Black  24/7 Liquid liner anyway so I figured why the ef not?! 

10 NEW Colors! I'm not sure what all of the new ones are but  I think they are, Hijack, Midnight Cowgirl,  Midnight Rodeo, Crystal, Lost, Bender, Blue Bus, Missionary, Skimp, Bust. I could be wrong though. 

This pallet also comes with a mini speaker and a USB cable and some other cable I think for connecting the mini speaker to an iPod. Ok I just tested it with my iPod and that is exactly what the other cable is for and this little baby gets pretty loud. hahaha Not too shabby. Excellent, that is actually pretty cool.

24/7 Water Proof Liquid eye liner in Perversion(I reviewed these liners a little bit ago and I LOVE them! Click HERE for that review!), Super Curl Curling Mascara, a tube of their famous Primer Potion.

Clinique Cream Liner Review: Love it or Leave it

Hello Pretties! I was on the hunt for a new cream liner since my Makeup Forever Aqua Black dried out (it was a userm error because I didn't put the lid on correctly and killed it boooo!) I read really great things about Clinique's liner so I decided to give it a try, and I am glad that I did because it's awesome!

Comes with a little brush for application but I prefer a thin pointed brush to apply my liner, I use a M.A.C 210 or something similiar, and I actually picked up an E.L.F liner brush from Target that I really liked (for only 3 Bucks!) . It is angled and it makes applying the liner a breeze! I might have to do a brush review soon to show you all.

Up Close! A true Matte Black, amazing!

Here it is in action. I was able to get a nice clean line. This liner went on very smooth, the application was great everything I want in a creme liner. I definitely recommend this gel liner, a great deal for 15$ compared to other high end brands which can be over 20 bucks! What is your favorite creme or gelliner? I have heard good things about INGLOTS and also about Wet n' Wilds. I want to try them both! Thank you for reading

Birthday Haul!!

Hello friends! My birthday was yesterday and I got lots of goodies that I wanted to show you all. I turned 28 which is exciting because it's my favorite number. I had a really good birthday spending time with the people I love, Shopping and lots of video games. Perfect!

I got these cool rings from Charming Charlie, an amazing accesory store. They were both just under 10 dollars too great deal! The elk is so cool I love antlers so I knew I had to get this, and the frog is so cute, his purple eyes are so pretty!

I HAD to get this, it is such a beautiful sparkly blue, It's kind of like what Dorothy's Ruby Slippers would look like if they were blue. I held the bottle up in the sun as soon as I got out of the store and ladies, it's enough to bring a tear to your eye hahaha. 

I have been wanting that Hello kitty Compact for the LONGEST time.

 I might add some gems to her bow as a fun project to add some sparkle!

Because it was my birthday I got a  free Philosophy Vanilla Birthday Cake Shower Gel/Bubble Bath/ Shampoo that will be included in my next giveaway because I am not really a fan of vanilla unless its actually in something I can eat hahaha, forever a fat kid.

From M.A.C I got a few brushes the 128 and the 219 Pencil Brush. I Also  picked up a travel size fix + and Sushi Flower and Da Bling Eye shadows for my Z Pallete (not pictured)

 I was so exited that they had the 128 split fiber cheek brush, it is soo soft and I can use the natural side for powders and synthetic side for cremes.

219 Pencil Brush great for crease defining and precision blending. I have heard great things about this brush.

It's so cute and tiny!(that's what she said) Perfect for my make-up bag. My M.A.C FINALLY had it in stock they had been out for weeks.

My wonderful, beautiful talented friend Courtney made me this personalized padded sleeve for my MacBook Pro, Lola.(yes I named my computer...what of it?!) . What an AWESOME gift. I LOVE it!! Thank you so much Courtney, I love you!
