Ghoulish Manicure!

Hello friends! I was in Ulta the other day and spotted some Halloween Nail Polishes! The ones that really caught my eye were China Glaze It's Alive and Ghoulish Glow also by China Glaze. GLOW IN THE DARK NAIL POLISH!! I can't wait to play with that one! Anyway, Check out this Ghoulish Mani that I created. I hope you enjoy!
For the Base I uses one coat of Orly Matte Vinyl and then I used two coats of It's Alive by China Glaze beautiful olive green glitter . Lately I have really enjoyed putting glitter polish over black.

China Glaze 'It's Alive'

Orly Matte Vinyl on the accent nail and Finger Paints Papier Mache for the white of the Ghost. The ghost of from Bundle Monster plate BM-223

Short nails again! I love them. I will not let them get super super long again. That was a phase and when one would break I would have a mini panic attack so yeah, shorter nails are the way to go for now. I hope you guys don't mind all of the Halloween Manicures. I know it's more than a month away but I like to get into the spirit early!
Thank you so much for reading! Have a great day!

Urban Decay Book of Shadows IV

Hey Loves! I originally hadn't planned on picking up the most recent Book of Shadows from Urban Decay but I saw it in the store and I was intruiged. A few of the new colors really caught my eye and I wanted to get the Black  24/7 Liquid liner anyway so I figured why the ef not?!

10 NEW Colors! I'm not sure what all of the new ones are but  I think they are, Hijack, Midnight Cowgirl,  Midnight Rodeo, Crystal, Lost, Bender, Blue Bus, Missionary, Skimp, Bust. I could be wrong though.

This pallet also comes with a mini speaker and a USB cable and some other cable I think for connecting the mini speaker to an iPod. Ok I just tested it with my iPod and that is exactly what the other cable is for and this little baby gets pretty loud. hahaha Not too shabby. Excellent, that is actually pretty cool.

24/7 Water Proof Liquid eye liner in Perversion(I reviewed these liners a little bit ago and I LOVE them! Click HERE for that review!), Super Curl Curling Mascara, a tube of their famous Primer Potion.

SWATCH TIME!

Blue Bus, Gun Metal, Cobra, Baked

Bender, Gravity, Lost, Hijack
I am thinking Hijack is my favorite out of the whole bunch.. Actually this entire row is pretty rad, I didn't want to wipe it off hahaha.

Midnight Cowgirl, Sin, Midnight Rodeo, Crystal (Crystal is actually really pretty but I couldn't get a decent picture of it.)

Bust, Missionary, Skimp, Zephyr
I think Skimp and Zephyr are perfect for a good highlight.

If you want to buy this awesome Palette visit UrbanDecay.com
Thank you so much for reading! What shades look good to you? Let me know! I hope you all have a fabulous weekend.

I can't wait for Halloween!

So I decided to test out my Skull Bundle Monster plate...this is kind of a nail fail but I still kind of like it. I definitely got the Halloween vibe from this mani. I LOVE Halloween! Actually I love every Holiday from October to January. My favorite part of Halloween is seeing all of the little kids dressed up, I buy WAY too much candy every year and completely OD on it. hahaha

China Glaze Liquid leather for the base and China Glaze Devotion for the Silver design using Bundle  Monster Plate BM-211 for the skull and Konad M57 for the fishnet.

Also I am sorry for the lack of blog posts recently....you can blame this...

Thank you for reading I hope you all are having a good day!

Clinique Cream Liner Review: Love it or Leave it

Hello Pretties! I was on the hunt for a new cream liner since my Makeup Forever Aqua Black dried out (it was a userm error because I didn't put the lid on correctly and killed it boooo!) I read really great things about Clinique's liner so I decided to give it a try, and I am glad that I did because it's awesome!
Clinique Brush-On Cream Liner  15$ Sephora.com
Comes with a little brush for application but I prefer a thin pointed brush to apply my liner, I use a M.A.C 210 or something similiar, and I actually picked up an E.L.F liner brush from Target that I really liked (for only 3 Bucks!) . It is angled and it makes applying the liner a breeze! I might have to do a brush review soon to show you all.

Up Close! A true Matte Black, amazing!
Here it is in action. I was able to get a nice clean line. This liner went on very smooth, the application was great everything I want in a creme liner. I definitely recommend this gel liner, a great deal for 15$ compared to other high end brands which can be over 20 bucks! What is your favorite creme or gelliner? I have heard good things about INGLOTS and also about Wet n' Wilds. I want to try them both! Thank you for reading

Mermaid's Tears...Happy tears of course!

Hello friends! Sorry for my lack of posts recently but I have been one super busy Momma! Anyways, Check out this pretty creme from O.P.I .

Mermaid's Tears is a gorgeous Sea foam green, it kind of reminds me of For Audrey from China Glaze but it has more green than turquoise

This is two coats and it  applied beautifully. I can't wait to try this one with a cool design..I am thinking white polka dots would be super cute! What do you guys think?

Up Close!

Thank you for reading! I hope you guys are having a good week!

Boscia Luminizing Black Mask review : LOVE it or LEAVE it

A few weeks ago I was in Sephora and as I was on my way out a really nice lady stopped me and asked me if I had ever tried the Boscia Black Face Mask, I hadn't even heard of it but I was super intrigued once I found out that it was a peel of mask. I absolutely adore the feel of peeling a mask off of my face, now I know that sounds weird but I know I am not the only one that enjoys this feeling. It's kind of like the whole Elmers glue when your in grade school deal...you put it on your hand and then you wait for it to dry..then peeeeeel it off..amazing. ANYWAY, I went back to the store to pick this mask up after doing my research and finding out that a lot of people really love it! Checkout my review of this mask. I was going to spare you more pictures of my face with out make up but I wanted to give a good review and show you what this mask looks like on. You have been warned.
Boscia Luminizing Black Mask  from Sephora.com or Bosciaskincare.com

Super cute! hahaha...the things I do for a good review. :P

What Boscia says: An innovative peel-off mask that boosts skin clarity and radiance. Removes dirt and impurities while refining the look of pores. Reveals a smoother, brighter complexion.

What I say: This face mask is SPECTACULAR!  My skin felt so smooth afterward, and I noticed that there was grossness from my pores that transfered onto the mask. AMAZING! I have combintion skin so my t-zon gets oily while other areas can get pretty dry the mask  drew out the oil from my t-zone and didn't dry out any other areas making my complexion even. It also brightened my skin, leaving it refreshed and glowing. I LOVE it!

Application is a bit intimidating because the product is JET black and I was nervous to get it all over the place, after I carefully got a good application I left the mask on for 20 minutes. After about 10 minutes I noticed the mask start to dry and tighten and my face tingled a bit, it was a very pleasant experience.  hahaha (I am such a NERD)
The first time I tried it I didnt have my contacts in so it was tough to peel off because i am blind as hell and couldnt find and edge, I thought that was a negative. HOWEVER, I tried it again a few days later with contacts IN and was basically able to peel off the whole thing at once. I am defintely going to make this my go to face mask and I will be trying more Boscia products. I need a new skin care regimen so this might be the brand I choose. Do you ladies use any products from this brand for your skin care needs? If so, which ones do your recommend? Which ones should I stear clear of? Thanks for reading and I appreciate any feed back. Have a great day!

Birthday Haul!!

Hello friends! My birthday was yesterday and I got lots of goodies that I wanted to show you all. I turned 28 which is exciting because it's my favorite number. I had a really good birthday spending time with the people I love, Shopping and lots of video games. Perfect!

I got these cool rings from Charming Charlie, an amazing accesory store. They were both just under 10 dollars too great deal! The elk is so cool I love antlers so I knew I had to get this, and the frog is so cute, his purple eyes are so pretty!

Sephora goodies!

Sephora Flair and Wispy Lashes.

Illamasqua Phallic Nail Polish
I HAD to get this, it is such a beautiful sparkly blue, It's kind of like what Dorothy's Ruby Slippers would look like if they were blue. I held the bottle up in the sun as soon as I got out of the store and ladies, it's enough to bring a tear to your eye hahaha.

I have been wanting that Hello kitty Compact for the LONGEST time.

I might add some gems to her bow as a fun project to add some sparkle!
Because it was my birthday I got a  free Philosophy Vanilla Birthday Cake Shower Gel/Bubble Bath/ Shampoo that will be included in my next giveaway because I am not really a fan of vanilla unless its actually in something I can eat hahaha, forever a fat kid.

From M.A.C I got a few brushes the 128 and the 219 Pencil Brush. I Also  picked up a travel size fix + and Sushi Flower and Da Bling Eye shadows for my Z Pallete (not pictured)

I was so exited that they had the 128 split fiber cheek brush, it is soo soft and I can use the natural side for powders and synthetic side for cremes.

219 Pencil Brush great for crease defining and precision blending. I have heard great things about this brush.

It's so cute and tiny!(that's what she said) Perfect for my make-up bag. My M.A.C FINALLY had it in stock they had been out for weeks.

My wonderful, beautiful talented friend Courtney made me this personalized padded sleeve for my MacBook Pro, Lola.(yes I named my computer...what of it?!) . What an AWESOME gift. I LOVE it!! Thank you so much Courtney, I love you!

Thank you all for reading, I hope you all had a great Labor Day Weekend!

Skull & Glossbones

Hey lovelies! Saw this baby at Ulta the other day and I could not pass it up, it was definitely love at first sight.  Skull & Glossbones is from O.P.I Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides collection and it is just GORGEOUS! It's pastel bone grey. It's a creme, so no shimmer no sparkles it's just perfect.

Application was great, two coats gave perfect coverage with no patches and no streaks. The only thing about the polish that bothered me is the O.P.I brush is so wide! I had to get used to it again hahaha but that isn't anything I couldn't handle.

O.P.I Skull Gloss Bones

I also picked up Mermaid Tears from the same collection so I will show you that one soon! Thanks for reading Happy Friday!

Blue and Gold Manicure

Hey Everyone!  Here is a manicure that I did recently using blue and gold two colors that I think go really well together. I hope you enjoy!

My nails were getting a bit long again, I filed them down the other day. I have been kind of feeling the shorter nails lately I feel like I can do more with them as far as super bold colors.

Bundle Monster plate BM-209 for the Design China Glaze First Mate for the base and the gold is China Glaze Passion . I am still LOVING the newest set of Bundle Monster Plates so many fun designs! Halloween is coming up and these plates have some really perfect designs for it. I can't wait for Halloween I am so stoked..I am already sketching up some fun ideas that I can't wait to share with you all!

Pretty simple but still pretty cool. Thanks for checking it out. I hope you all are having a beautiful day.
